HYSON OVERVIEW

The SRS Smooth Return Series is engineered to reduce pad bounce associated with increased return stroke speeds from the press. These innovative gas springs decelerate at the end of the stroke to bring the operation to a smooth, controlled stop.

Di-Dro Advanced Forming Systems
Hydraulic Manifold with Delayed Return Capability!

CS2 Series

The redesigned controllable gas spring series features a normally open (NO) cartridge valve that simplifies the control system, combines the charge and bleed ports, and requires only 4 bar/58 psi air pressure. When you need to control return of the pad to achieve part quality and/or simplify part transfer, choose the CS2.
For more information, check out the on-line brochure.

DRAC® and DRAC® 2 Delayed Return Systems

Engineered for metal stamping operations in which a delayed pressure pad is required, DRAC and DRAC 2 systems provide consistent forming pressure without valves to adjust and without the need for external accumulators, tanks and hoses.

DRAC® Positive Lock

This system is designed for lower applications and incorporates prime, timing and delayed return nitrogen cylinders. The DRAC positive lock provides full pad lockdown without springback and full force on contact. It allows multiple actions from a single action press and reduces the number of redraw operations. For more information, check out the on-line data sheet.
Check out the installation and maintenance manual.

DRAC® 2 Soft Lock

Engineered for both upper and lower applications where a full pad lockdown is not required, this system uses delay cylinders that operate as normal nitrogen gas cylinders, providing force on the pad in the die. The DRAC 2 soft lock features minimal pad springback, does not require prime and timing cylinders, and allows multiple actions from a single action press.
